We are seeking an experienced **Delivery Leader** to lead our growing fleet of dispatchers and drivers. In collaboration with the logistics manager, youll help to develop a strong team of delivery professionals responsible for ensuring speedy and accurate delivery of medications to patients throughout the local community.

**What youll do:**

* Partner with the logistics manager and recruitment team to interview, hire and train a team of drivers, dispatchers and support associates

* Report into and work closely with the senior leader of delivery on delivery coordination and routing strategies.

* Monitor the routing and dispatching of deliveries, ensuring an efficient delegation of duties and assisting in a hands on capacity as needed

* Problem-solve challenges and implement solutions

* Utilize coaching to manage team performance and develop leaders

**What youll need:**

* 2 or more years of experience overseeing the routing, coordinating and dispatching of deliveries in a fast-paced environment

* Proven leadership skills

* Good knowledge of local neighborhoods, roads and highways

* Stellar communication skills

* Computer literacy

* Attention to detail

* Ability to multitask
