A **Delivery Coordinator job in Sacramento, CA** is available at Milgard Windows and Doors. In this role you will be is responsible for all scheduling of shipping and the corresponding paperwork. You will be the liaison between Milgards delivery drivers, the warehouse operation, and the customer. You should have a minimum of one to two years related experience, preferably in manufacturing and building materials products. **Delivery Coordinator job responsibilities include:**

* Responsible to ensure customers are notified of any shipping issues regarding the delivery of their products.

* Provide quality customer service and customer care in support for Milgard customer base.

* Process and review service requests in a timely fashion.

* Communicate professionally with external and internal customers regarding product and business issues.

* Support the customer service process by working with all departments, as necessary.

* Pull customer pick up/will-call orders.

* Adhere to all facets of safety policies and procedures to include wearing Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) in areas needed.

* Responsible for timely accurate filing, scanning, invoicing, and tripping.

* Ensure accurate filing or electronic filing as needed.

* Take inbound and make outbound calls

* Perform tasks as necessary to support business needs.

Requirements

**Qualifications:**

* High School Diploma or equivalent. Some college preferred.

* One plus years experience in customer service utilizing an AS400 system, in a manufacturing environment required. Salesforce, Oracle Field Service Cloud, and Oracle knowledge would be a plus.

* Minimum of one to two years experience, preferably in manufacturing and building materials products.

* Experience handling multiple phone lines.

* Compute basic math equations and accurately read a tape measure

* Ability to frequently lift to 50lbs.

* Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, and Excel).
