**Location:** White Plains, NY, US * Supports business and technology teams to ensure key deliverables are met in an accurate timely manner
* Serves as a liaison between the business and technology teams
* Coordinates monthly status reporting, key initiative tracking and weekly standups
* Interacts with many business and product teams to analyze and refine business requirements into functional and technical user stories using agile best practices
* Assists in documenting use case scenarios, task and workflow definitions through business process flow diagrams and UML best practices.
* Ability to conduct daily scrum meetings with key stakeholders to support ongoing sprint deliverables
* Interpret technical and business challenges, identify trends, and recommend best practices
* Explain difficult or sensitive information; collaborate with others to build consensus
* Make decisions that have cross-functional impact
* Must be organized and have excellent follow-up skills
* Must be team oriented in interacting with a diverse group
* A proactive self-starter with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple simultaneous priorities
* Ability to translate business user requirements into technical user stories

* Use best practices and knowledge of internal or external business issues to improve services
* 3+ years of business analysis experience
* 1-3 years experience with agile software methodologies including Scrum, SAFe
* 1-3 years experience coordinating work, creating presentations, and developing status reports
* Experience with managing JIRA backlogs, refinement of product features to user stories and define acceptance criteria through the agile delivery lifecycle
* Previous experience working within Life Insurance would be a plus
* Experience working within agile and waterfall methodologies to deliver small and large projects
