Delivery Control Specialist - Foxconn Industrial Internet - FII : Job Details

Overview:

As a Delivery Control Specialist, you will oversee the end-to-end product delivery process to ensure shipments are completed accurately, on time, and in alignment with customer expectations. This role involves monitoring delivery performance, resolving issues proactively, and collaborating with internal teams and logistics partners to drive continuous improvement. You will play a key role in ensuring a seamless delivery experience that supports operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. Duties and Responsibilities:

• Track the status of deliveries from suppliers to customers, ensuring on-time arrivals.
• Collaborate with warehouse teams, third-party logistics providers, and suppliers to ensure smooth delivery operations.
• Ensure the accuracy and completeness of all necessary delivery documentation.
• Identify and address any delivery discrepancies, delays, or issues.
• Communicate delivery status updates to customers in a timely and professional manner.
• Analyze delivery metrics and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to management.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Skill/Knowledge Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience in logistics, delivery management, or supply chain operations (2 years preferred).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Outlook, Word).
• Experience with SAP or similar enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with a high attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills in English; Mandarin language skills are a plus.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, business, or a related field.
