The ideal candidate will have a robust background representing clients in high-stakes federal and state matters, and a demonstrated ability to navigate complex regulatory environments and enforcement actions.

• Represent individuals and corporations in white collar criminal investigations and prosecutions.
• Handle matters involving federal and state regulatory agencies, including the DOJ, SEC, and state attorneys general.
• Advise clients during internal investigations, compliance reviews, and enforcement defense.
• Draft legal pleadings, motions, and other litigation-related documents.
• Provide strategic counsel during pre-indictment negotiations, trial proceedings, and settlement discussions.
• Lead case strategy and supervise junior attorneys and support staff as needed.

• 21 years of experience in litigation with a strong emphasis on white collar crime and government investigations.
• Proven trial experience and strong advocacy in federal and state courts.
• Significant experience interacting with regulatory and enforcement bodies.
• Strong understanding of criminal procedure, evidentiary rules, and compliance frameworks.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex matters with discretion and professionalism.

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

• Admission to the Florida State Bar (required).
• Admission to federal courts, including the Southern District of Florida (preferred).
