Administer, and supervise an age-appropriate aquatics program for members including all elements of instructional swim, specialized swim activities as necessary and swim team preparation, training, and competition to ensure they meet stated objectives and member needs and interests. Facilitate, and teach rostered aquatics programs (Learn-To-Swim, Lifeguard Training, Swim Team Practice, etc.) and monitor attendance in adherence to Clubhouse policies and other scheduled programs. Establish and maintain standards of behavior to create safe, orderly, and effective environments for learning. Evaluate members' skills and review performance records to determine their fitness and potential in a particular area of aquatics; adjust coaching techniques, based on the strengths and weaknesses of swimmers.
