RESPONSIBILITIES

Our client, an elite US firm, is seeking a junior to mid-level (class of 2022+) to join their prestigious team. You will work on a broad range of sponsor side leveraged acquisitions, public company financings, mezzanine, special situations, project finance, fund finance, and debt restructurings and workouts. The team is a high performing and collegiate team with a real focus on associate development.

REQUIREMENTS

• at least 2 years' experience in Biglaw or top tier firms in NYC / Canada / Australia

• strong academics

• eligible to sit the New York Bar
