The successful candidate will lead the transition of the Division of Student Affairs into the new School of Arts and Sciences, with a focus on the holistic development of undergraduate students. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing a comprehensive student affairs vision and strategy, advocating for the resources needed to support an excellent undergraduate experience, and fostering strong partnerships across the campus to enhance student learning and well-being. Applicants for the Dean of Undergraduate Student Affairs position at the company should have a minimum of 15 years' work experience in a higher education setting, with at least 5 years in senior leadership roles. A master's degree is required, and a doctoral degree in a relevant field is preferred. The role demands a leader with a deep commitment to student success, well-being, and development, as well as a proven track record in change management and the ability to lead a newly formed division in alignment with the institution's priorities. The Dean will be expected to collaborate with various campus units to create a vibrant, inclusive, and supportive environment that fosters academic and personal growth.
