About the Role

The Company is seeking a Dean for its Undergraduate College. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and vision for the undergraduate academic program, fostering a culture of academic excellence, and ensuring the overall success and well-being of the undergraduate student body. The Dean will work closely with faculty, staff, and students to develop and implement innovative educational initiatives, promote diversity and inclusion, and enhance the college's reputation as a leading institution of higher learning. Applicants for the Dean position at the Undergraduate College should have a Ph.D. or equivalent terminal degree in a relevant field, a strong record of scholarly achievement, and a minimum of 5 years of experience in academic administration. The role requires a dynamic leader with a proven track record in curriculum development, faculty recruitment and retention, and student success. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to build and maintain relationships with various stakeholders, and a commitment to the values and mission of the college. Experience in strategic planning, budget management, and fundraising is also highly desirable.
