Dealer Support Specialist | Hyde Park, UT

Join Nexeo HR as a Dealer Support Specialist and play a key role in supporting multiple well-known outdoor brands under the Revelyst umbrella. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and delivering excellent customer service. Youll be the primary point of contact for our dealer accountsmanaging orders, answering questions, resolving issues, and ensuring every interaction is handled with professionalism and accuracy.

Responsibilities

Serve as the main contact for incoming dealer calls and emails

Respond to dealer inquiries within 24 hours by phone or email

Enter and manage dealer orders with 100% accuracy

Issue return authorizations and create shipping labels as needed

Communicate order changes to all relevant departments

Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers and their staff

Monitor and manage daily order book

Follow documented processes for consistent, accurate work

Proactively identify and resolve issues in a timely manner

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required

2+ years of experience in customer service, dealer service, or order management

Typing speed of 3540 WPM

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Strong phone communication skills; able to answer questions on the spot

Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills

Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication abilities

Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Dependable attendance and a positive, collaborative attitude

Must pass a state background check (violence or theft charges may be disqualifying)

Ability to work on a computer for 89 hours per day

Comfortable in a standard office environment with occasional warehouse interaction

Pay

$17.00$22.00 per hour

Schedule

Day Shift | MondayFriday | 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
