Job Description :

CoWorx Staffing Services is seeking a Dealer Support Administrator to join our team located in Marietta, GA. The Administrator is a key member of the Financial Services Sales organization, resolves dealer's questions/issues and ensures that dealer-related operational processes are running smoothly, resulting in strengthening dealer relationships. This role requires working closely with the Dealer Development Manager, Field Sales staff, Dealer Service Center staff, Marketing team and third-party servicing partners.

Specific duties include, but are not limited to:

• Assist with bank change requests and resolve ACH/NOC issue from accounting. Setup bank information for new dealer setups.

• Support internal departments by researching dealers' transaction processing corrections/issues and work with dealers, to updates systems' records and resolve issues. Follow-up with dealers to communicate issue resolution.

• Deliver exceptional customer satisfaction by providing prompt and courteous service to dealer customers through situations that arise from requests.

• Update and edit dealer information for new dealer setup and existing dealer on Zoho application.

• Responsible for releasing and shipment of card disclosures. Perform ad hoc research incorporating data collection and analysis, summarize findings and communicating results.

• Assist with new dealer training and orientation as needed.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Associates' degree required. Bachelors' degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance or Accounting or Communications preferred, or combination of equivalent experience and education

• 1-2 years prior relevant industry experience in field sales support, dealer development, call center, or retail dealership experience in motorsports, automotive or similar industry

• Knowledge of the motorsports industry and motorsports dealer operations strongly preferred

• Excellent communication, problem solving, and organizational skills

• Must be able to work independently with a high sense of urgency

• Strong proficiency in MS Office (i.e., Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, etc.) highly desired

• Ability to work flexible hours and overtime as necessary.
