$90,000.00/yr - $100,000.00/yr

About This Job

Axos is seeking a DRM who will lead all aspects of developing, managing, and maintaining a network of qualified franchises and select independent automobile dealerships in the assigned market territories. Daily tasks include customer contact, marketing, relationship building and customer service for auto lending products/services. The DRM is expected to independently and effectively manage their defined territory to achieve all assigned production, efficiency and profitability objectives.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage and maintain productive relationships with qualified new car franchisees and select independent automobile dealership personnel to achieve the production, efficiency and profitability objectives of the assigned area of responsibility
• Promoting and selling organization's product line or services to new prospects or legacy customers within a targeted territory
• Leading the selling opportunities identification, customer satisfaction improvement and business relationship enhancement
• Preparing periodic reports of customer activity and gathering information to be used for sales forecasting and production

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of experience in a comparable role with a prime lender, preferably a retail bank
