Ferguson Distribution Center Warehouse Associate- 2nd Shift

Richland, WA

Join our team as a Distribution Center Warehouse Associate on 2nd Shift! We're looking for motivated individuals ready to excel in a fast-paced environment and help us deliver excellence every day.

Shift & Location:

• 2nd Shift: Monday-Friday, 3:30 PM - 12:00 AM, Overtime may be required

• Location: Richland Distribution Center

Pay & Benefits:

• Starting pays: $23.50 (base rate $22.00 plus $1.50 shift differential)

• Monthly performance incentive: Potential to earn up to $5.50 extra per direct hour

Qualifications:

• Warehouse experience preferred but not required

• Experience with material handling equipment or forklifts desired but not required

• Ability to bend, twist, stretch, push, pull, carry, and lift

• Comfortable standing/walking for up to 12 hours

• Ability to work at heights up to 30 feet (for some equipment roles)

• General computer and math skills

Responsibilities:

• Accurately sort, pick, label, and store product in assigned locations

• Operate powered industrial equipment (stand-up order picker, reach truck, electric pallet jack, dock stocker, sit-down forklift)

• Assemble containers and maintain organized supplies

• Perform daily tasks using hand-held RF scanners or voice units

• Always maintain inventory integrity and product safety

• Communicate effectively with coworkers and demonstrate teamwork

• Participate in associate meetings and share feedback with management

• Follow all standard operating procedures and adhere to OSHA standards and company policies

Pay Range:

$15.00 - $26.17

Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.

This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
