DC Logistics Coordinator - B&G Foods : Job Details

Works with direct contact with drivers, outside visitors, and incoming phone calls. Essential Duties:Communicates with carriers, customers and suppliers to schedule pick and delivery appointments. Works to resolve any shipping and delivery issues Works to resolve any shipping and delivery paperwork issues. Communicates with all drivers as the first point of contact assigns them to a door for loading, confirms order and paperwork information. Works closely with Customer Service to maintain an accurate order shipping schedule. Works closely with Quality to get accurate Certificates of Analysis and other Quality documentation. Performs all functions necessary to support order picking and loading with the WMS (wave orders, build loads, open doors)Performs all functions to sign in and sign out drivers.
