Loader Position
As a loader, you will be responsible for the timely, accurate, and safe loading/transporting of products onto our outbound trailers.
Responsibilities and Expectations:

- Provide friendly, proactive, and professional internal and external customer support while assisting with inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and effectively.
- Actively participate in learning initiatives such as training programs, workshops, and webinars. Leverage these opportunities to acquire new knowledge, refine existing skills, and stay current on the latest developments.
- Responsible for loading outbound trailers accurately and safely.
- Responsible for the use of RF scan guns to load and unload trailers with scan gun technology.
- Unloads any pallet trailers or cross-dock trailers via powered industrial equipment for other DCs and allocating freight to the proper location.
- Ensure quality and production KPI goals are met daily, weekly, and monthly.
- Follow safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Preferred Qualifications:
- At least one year of warehouse/manufacturing experience or equivalent combination of experience and education.
- Prior warehouse/manufacturing experience or equivalent combination of experience and education.
- Previous experience with powered industrial equipment.
- Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn latitude systems.
- Excellent verbal and written interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Demonstrated ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to sit or stand for prolonged periods.
- Must be able to lift 65 pounds at times.
- Must be able to access and navigate all facilities.
- Must be able to verbally communicate effectively with other (in-person and via electronic devices).
- Must be able to see at close and far distances.
- Must be able to lift, bend, carry, and push repetitively.

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $22.75 per hour, with exact compensation determined by factors such as relevant geographic location, education, certifications, experience, job level, shift, and organizational needs. Eligible associates may also receive overtime pay in compliance with applicable laws.
