DC General Manager - Ollie's Bargain Outlet : Job Details

The General Manager is responsible and accountable for all aspects of the distribution operation. This includes leading and developing people, driving operational performance, effectively and efficiently utilizing and protecting building assets, and building a culture that leads to a positive work environment, healthy associate relations, and high levels of engagement across the workforce. The General Manager is responsible for achieving defined goals and driving continuous improvements around safety, service, quality/accuracy, productivity management, and employee turnover. The position must lead these efforts while ensuring weekly inbound and outbound volume output goals are achieved within budget guidelines. The General Manager must be able to proactively plan equipment and personnel needs and adjust to business conditions as they change.
