Day Shift Production Manager - CLEARFIELD - Matheson Tri-Gas : Job Details

The Production Manager is responsible for supervising the production team in a manufacturing environment ensuring safe and efficient plant operations. The manager will manage staff, organize/monitor workflow, implement policies, and implement continuous process improvement initiatives. Additionally, the Production Manager will be directly responsible for safety, quality, and regulatory requirements. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Safety - Production Manager will implement Mathesons safety procedures. Safety logs will be maintained. A clean and safe work environment will be maintained. Productivity - Production supervisor will implement continuous process improvement programs for the purpose of increasing productivity, decreasing costs, decreasing production cycle time, and decreasing quality issues.
