Hybrid: This role is categorized as hybrid. This means the successful candidate is expected to report to Milford three times per week, at minimum. The Role:The Datafile Release Specialist roles supports Vehicle Motion Embedded Controls (VMEC) Engineers and Calibrators. Responsibilities will include: releasing Controller software and calibration data files necessary for controller programming both at the vehicle assembly plants and the service organization utilizing release tools in place such as ECR, GPDS, SPR, VCAM, RTC and Cal. Portal. Creation of e. BOMs used by the Supplier to manufacturer the Controller End Models. Updating and Maintaining Change Tracking Parts Lists for the life of the controller program. The position involves a considerable amount of creativity, perception and a wide latitude for independent action including significant independent judgment.
