Databricks Global Alliance Relationship Director - EY : Job Details

This role focuses on managing the Databricks alliance relationship day-to-day, governance, programs, contracts and performance insights, with opportunities to work across EY's global teams and service lines.

• Execute Databricks Global alliance strategy and objectives
• Facilitate top-to-top Databricks Global relationships and program management to mobilize on strategic bets, accelerate field engagement, and drive action including executing Global Governance Activities
• Drive results through disciplined, global governance with clear accountability across global service lines, sectors, accounts/regions and Databricks counterparts
• Execute Databricks Global Business Reviews feeding insights to Global Databricks Alliance executives
• Deploy Databricks partner programs globally, driving local activation and compliance
• Gain access to Databricks Global level programs, coordinating with Global Databricks ARD to secure required approvals
• Deliver alliance intelligence with complete and accurate financial reporting and Databricks impact/influence
• Activate new countries and regions with proper governance, business plans, executive relationships, operating cadence and alliance contracts
• Drive compliance with internal policies and requirements
• Collaborate with Market Enablement to define Global marketing messaging and materials; work with local area alliance and Brand Marketing & Communications teams to execute local activities
• Contribute to the Global Alliance and Ecosystem Relationship network through content, knowledge sharing, and market insights

This role is based in the US and may require travel; it involves a mix of virtual work and coordination with team members globally.

• Ability to juggle multiple activities and provide enablement services in relationship management, governance, marketing strategy, contract and financial management, content management, operational support, and relationship building; highly organized
• Understanding of technology and business benefits of alliance partner products and solutions
• Experience in alliance management or business development for technology or professional services
• Experience building and nurturing win-win alliance relationships
• Strong networking and influence management skills; able to drive actions across organizational boundaries
• Credible communicator with excellent organization and project management skills and a proven track record delivering alliance sales and revenues

• Self-starter who can work independently and communicate progress and challenges with the team
• Comfortable escalating complex issues with recommendations to leadership
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task across projects
• Collaborative and adaptable to work with diverse personalities and working styles

• The compensation ranges below comply with United States pay transparency laws. Other geographies follow local guidelines. EY offers future-focused development, a flexible environment, and an inclusive culture of globally connected teams.
• Comprehensive compensation and benefits package; base salary range in the US is $228,600 to $452,600 (New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California ranges specified separately). Total Rewards includes medical and dental, pension and 401(k), and paid time off.
• Hybrid work model; most client-facing roles are expected to be in person 40-60% of the time
