Review current solutions and provide guidance for assigned projects

Identify best practices and standards for the team

Attend daily agile calls

Identify migration strategies and solutions

Decompose solutions into Agile stories and timelines

Ensure stability and high availability for all projects

Manage request lifecycle using ITSM tools (SNOW/Rally)

Create documentation and update knowledge repositories

Support incidents affecting projects

Collaborate with leaders and organizations to review solutions

Plan capacity for migration strategies

Ensure solutions meet performance SLAs

Must have understanding of new technologies; Oracle 19c is critical.

Technical Skills Required:

• Must have: SME on Oracle and Couchbase/document databases, expert in replication and high availability
• Knowledge of Git, Linux OS, automation techniques (Shell, Python, Ansible, CloudFormation, Terraform), cloud concepts, and architecture design

Minimum Years of Experience:

• 2 years architecture
• 6 years in database architecture or engineering
• 2 years hands-on database operations

Nice to Have:

• Knowledge of MySQL, SQL Server, RDS, CyberArk, IDM

Responsibilities:

Includes end-to-end architecture design, collaboration with leaders across the organization, and supporting database engineering roles.
