We are proud to partner with the Port Authority of New York & New Jersey (PANYNJ) on high-impact infrastructure initiatives and are currently seeking talented professionals to support the Agencys Enterprise Reporting and Application Development (ERAD) program.

Position Overview

Toll International is seeking an experienced Data Warehouse Architect to join the ERAD team within the Port Authority. This role supports enterprise reporting, application development, and data systems that enable the organization to scale analytics, improve reporting, and support decision-making across multiple departments.

The successful candidate will work with Port Authority project managers, technical teams, and consultants to design, develop, and maintain advanced data platforms leveraging Microsoft, Azure, and Cognos technologies. This is a hybrid, full-time position.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of data warehouses and enterprise reporting systems (on-prem and cloud).
• Collaborate with business users to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Develop and maintain complex data warehouse models ensuring data integrity .
• Build ETL functions in support of Cognos TM1 and Cognos BI frameworks .
• Manage systems testing, deployment, and provide ongoing production support .
• Administer and maintain Cognos and Azure environments , including upgrades, security profiles, and user access.
• Troubleshoot issues, ensure data integrity, and support disaster recovery processes.
• Document systems, processes, and provide training and support to end-users.

Minimum Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 12 years of relevant experience in architecting, designing, and developing databases or data warehouse systems.
• Hands-on expertise with SQL Server (SSIS, SSAS, SSRS, T-SQL, ETL) .
• Proven track record in data governance, modeling, integration, migration, and cleansing .
• Experience with Cognos BI or other BI tools (Power BI, Tableau).
• Ability to lead projects independently while mentoring junior engineers.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Masters degree or technical certifications in related technologies.
• Hands-on experience with Cognos TM1, Cognos BI frameworks.
• Background in enterprise-level process reengineering and systems integration.
