Van Ness Creative Strategies is seeking an experienced email technology manager with 3 or more years of experience working with email CRMs, Google Looker reports, and project management software, such as Notion.

This is a contractor role with expectations of at least 15-20 hours of work per week.

This role will include:

• Building Email CRM (ActionKit, Mailchimp, ActionNetwork, NGP, Switchboard, Scale to Win, etc) reports for targeting & reviewing results
• High level of understanding of data engineering and modeling best practices
• Help develop and modify automated workflows for our team
• Maintaining, updating, and building new Google Looker Studio reports
• Regularly reviewing deliverability-related reports (internal reporting, Google Postmaster, etc) and providing email targeting recommendations
• Maintaining & updating HTML/CSS email wrappers in ActionKit (and potentially NGP)
• Maintaining & updating our internal team Notion workspace
• Ensuring data accuracy in our reporting platform
• Supporting the email team on various tech-related tasks & projects, including list uploads & cleaning, general targeting strategy, ActionKit/Mailchimp/NGP reporting, etc
