Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Data Specialist for a contract opportunity based in the Louisville, KY area. The Data Specialist will play a critical role in preparing the organization for a successful Salesforce Sales Cloud implementation. This position is responsible for auditing, cleansing, and standardizing existing data across multiple systems to ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness. Working closely with cross-functional teams, the specialist will identify and resolve data discrepancies, eliminate duplicates, and apply best practices for data hygiene. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, proficiency in Excel or other data management tools, and a foundational understanding of CRM systems. This role is essential in laying the groundwork for a seamless transition to Salesforce and enabling efficient sales operations post-implementation. This is a three-month contract to hire opportunity with one of the most well-established organizations in the Louisville area.

Skills and Requirements
Proven experience in administrative or data-focused roles, preferably within a CRM or sales operations environment
Experience with data cleansing, deduplication, and standardization techniques
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent work experience) Familiarity with Salesforce implementation
Specific experience in Tableau, service cloud, sales cloud, marketing cloud, or cloud dingo null
