Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers to understand their structure and workflow to become a trusted advisor.
• Drive complex implementations while working side by side with customers to meet their information protection security and compliance requirements.
• Work with internal teams and external partners to ensure customer requirements are well understood and tracked.
• Coordinate with multiple parties to ensure timely and satisfactory resolution to customer issues and completion of projects.
• Develop and mentor other PCMS resources to help improve their technical knowledge, project management, and customer management skills.
• Knowledge of data protection tools including Broadcom, Trellix, Forcepoint, and Microsoft (endpoint, email, and CASB).
• Define and document best practice techniques, processes, templates, and architectures for use by the managed services team.
• Leverage previous experiences, share best practices, and facilitate creative solutions to unique challenges maximizing the value of our information protection products.

Compensation:

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets as set out below. Pay within these ranges varies and depends on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The actual offer will be based on the individual candidate. The range provided may represent a candidate range and may not reflect the full range for an individual tenured employee. This role may be eligible for variable compensation and/or equity. Base Pay Ranges:

• SF Bay Area, New York City Metro Area: Base Pay Range: 30.54 - 41.99 USD
• California (excludes SF Bay Area), Colorado, Connecticut, Illinois, Washington DC Metro, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Texas, Washington, Virginia, and Alaska: Base Pay Range: 24.19 - 33.26 USD
• All other cities and states excluding those listed above: Base Pay Range: 22.58 - 31.04 USD
