Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data Scientist with a focus on data visualization using Power BI to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and maintaining Power BI dashboards to support business decision-making processes. This position will involve collaboration with various departments to ensure data integrity and quality.

Key Job Responsibilities
  • Data Analysis: Analyze data to create accurate reports supporting business goals.
  • Power BI Dashboards: Develop and maintain dashboards for key metrics.
  • Reporting Automation: Automate reporting for efficiency and less manual work.
  • Training: Train team members on using Power BI and interpreting reports.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with departments to meet reporting needs.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor business performance with data-driven methods and propose KPIs.
  • Qualifications/Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's in Data Science or related field
  • Experience: 3+ years in data reporting and dashboard creation, ideally with Power BI.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Power BI, SQL, Excel; knowledge of data warehousing and ETL processes is a plus.
  • Analytical Mindset: Strong skills to interpret complex data and communicate findings.
  • Detail Oriented: Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written skills; ability to present insights to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Team Player: Collaborative in team and cross-department work.
  • Travel: Ability to travel up to 15%, depending on location.
