Seeking a skilled and motivated Data Scientist with industry experience to join our growing team. In this role, you will focus primarily on developing data-driven solutions and productionizing machine learning models, with a strong emphasis on Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs). You'll work across both structured projects and dynamic, ad hoc tasks, contributing to the next generation of intelligent systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy ML models with a focus on Generative AI and LLMs
• Collaborate on end-to-end data science workflows, including data sourcing, cleaning, and transformation
• Develop and maintain scalable data pipelines for production environments
• Apply supervised and unsupervised learning methods, including regression, classification, clustering, and forecasting
• Leverage modern agentic frameworks such as LangChain or Semantic Kernel in solution development
• Support cross-functional teams with analytical insights and model-driven decision-making

Qualifications

Experience:

• Hands-on experience in building and deploying ML solutions
• Demonstrated ability in creating and scaling ML/AI products
• Strong understanding of data pipelines and model lifecycle management

Technical Skills

Must-Have:

• Proficiency in Python, R, SQL
• Hands-on experience with LangChain or similar agentic frameworks
• Deep understanding of Generative AI and LLM-based model architectures
• Familiarity with core ML algorithms, including supervised/unsupervised learning, NLP, and optimization techniques

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience with Microsoft Azure or other cloud platforms
• Exposure to Semantic Kernel
