We're looking for a Data Scientist for a full-time, permanent opportunity based in Atlanta, GA. This role offers a hybrid work model (3 days on-site per week) and the chance to work on high-impact analytics and machine learning projects.

Basic Qualifications

• Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field
• 3+ years of experience in data science, analytics, or quantitative research
• Proven ability to structure business questions, extract insights from large datasets, and provide actionable recommendations
• Strong communication skills — both verbal and written
• Expertise in experimental design, A/B testing, hypothesis testing, and causal inference
• Hands-on experience with regression models, time series analysis, and econometric techniques
• Solid understanding of machine learning methods (supervised/unsupervised learning, ensemble models, deep learning)
• Proficiency in Python or R for modeling/analysis and strong SQL for data manipulation
• Skilled in data visualization and storytelling with data

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in pricing analytics, revenue optimization, or market research
• Familiarity with econometric modeling and price elasticity analysis
• Experience with AWS and big data tools/platforms
• Background in experimentation platforms and statistical software
• Domain experience in retail, energy, or operations analytics
• Exposure to natural language processing (NLP) and conversational AI
