Job Summary: Join our dynamic team as a Data Scientist specializing in Generative AI and Machine Learning! Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Analysis: Extract and interpret meaningful insights from complex datasets to support strategic decision-making.
  • Model Development: Design, develop, and train machine learning models utilizing various algorithms and techniques, including supervised, unsupervised, deep learning, and reinforcement learning.
  • AI Workflows: Create and implement agentic workflows that utilize AI agents for improved task automation and operational efficiency.
  • RAG Patterns: Utilize retrieval-augmented generation techniques to enhance the language models' outputs through effective external knowledge integration.
  • Model Fine-Tuning: Skillfully fine-tune pre-trained models to ensure they meet specific tasks and performance metrics.
  • Data Cleaning: Prepare high-quality datasets by handling missing values and removing outliers to ensure accurate modeling input.
  • Model Deployment: Deploy AI models in production, monitor performance, and make adjustments to maintain their effectiveness and accuracy.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including software engineers and product managers, to successfully integrate AI solutions into current systems.
  • Research and Development: Stay updated on the latest AI and machine learning advancements and leverage these insights to enhance models and develop methodologies.
  • Documentation: Document methodologies, models, and findings comprehensively, clearly communicating insights to non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.

Experience Required:

  • 3+ years of experience as a data scientist, ideally in healthcare, but applicable experience in other industries will also be considered.
  • Proficient with big data technologies (such as Hadoop, Spark).
  • Strong programming skills in Python or R, familiarity with frameworks like TensorFlow, Keras, or PyTorch.
  • Solid understanding of statistical methods and machine learning algorithms.
  • Experience with agentic workflows and retrieval-augmented generation techniques.
  • Expert in fine-tuning models according to requirements.
  • Proficient in data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
  • Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases, data warehousing, and ETL processes.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on innovative solutions.

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience with cloud platforms for managing AI workflows.
  • Familiarity with natural language processing (NLP) and computer vision techniques.
