We're searching for a Data Operations Engineer, someone who works well in a fast-paced setting. In this position, you'll lead integrated, complex projects and manage the ongoing build and maintenance of data marts and reporting visualizations. This role will investigate processes to understand data, workflow, and communication to meet end user needs within our clinical departments by working closely with the Information Services (IS) data and reporting team. Additionally, this role will provide systems support, communicate system updates, and provide other system support as needed to its assigned department.

Job Duties & Responsibilities
Create and refine data visualization tools to empower operational users to more effectively utilize data in their daily practice managementCoordinate new development and ensure it is consistent and well-integrated with existing data structuresLead and engage in business analysis, information acquisition analysis and design, data access analysis and design, archive and recovery strategy, security, and change managementWork with departments to identify operational and business reporting needsAct as liaison between departments and the IS data and analytics team to troubleshoot and support end usersResearch, document, and help resolve system issues, maintaining resolution documentationCommunicate with customers within departments to ensure concerns are addressedAnalyze clinical and business system use to identify problems and define improvementsReview functionality in test environments before migration of updates and modifications to production, in partnership with the IS teamCollaborate with end users and departments to develop new processes demonstrating successIdentify end users for data and visualization toolsProvide support to optimize solutions aligned with regulatory standards and strategic goalsRepresent the operational department on designated committeesSkills & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, business administration, healthcare administration, business, or technology required
- Master's degree preferred
- 5 years of experience in information systems management, physician practice management, or related fields required
- Master's degree may substitute for 2 years of experience
