Data Management Specialist - MV Transportation : Job Details

MV Transportation is excited to invite applications for the role of Data Management Specialist. In this key position, you will play a vital role in ensuring that all personnel involved in data entry, forms, and reporting into our automated, web-enabled MIS system are able to do so with exceptional accuracy and competence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Submit employee benefit applications while ensuring accurate deductions.
• Maintain integrity in preliminary and financial statements and prepare journal entries as needed.
• Generate projections for local, regional, and corporate management to support forecasting activities.
• Facilitate payroll preparation and submission.
• Conduct data entry into client systems efficiently.
• Review daily Road Supervisor / Dispatch Logs and Daily Missed Trip Reports for insights and accuracy.
• Oversee daily tasks of the Data Clerk, ensuring performance standards are met.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience in preparing NTD data reports is essential.
• Accounting experience is preferred, enhancing your application.
• A minimum of two (2) years in payroll processing is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially in word processing and spreadsheets, is mandatory.

Starting salary range: $80,000 - $93,558.40
