Data Intake Specialist - Tennessee Staffing : Job Details

Conduct structured phone interviews to gather detailed information related to SSI/SSDI claims. Create and maintain internal electronic files. Manage intake processes to ensure timeliness and accuracy. Handle sensitive data including medical, psychological, school, and employment records. Collaborate with case workers and other stakeholders. Maintain clear documentation and follow-up on outstanding items.

Skills and Requirements

• Associate degree or 2+ years of relevant experience
• Experience with data entry involving confidential information (e.g., medical, psychological, school/work records)
• Familiarity with Social Security, Medicaid, Medicare, or case management systems
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Proven ability to work remotely with a reliable home office setup
• Background in Human Services or Public Sector
• Experience with scheduling and calendar coordination
• Familiarity with child welfare programs
