Data Entry Operator - Pridestaff : Job Details

Shift/Hours: Monday - Friday; 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Pay Range: $17/hr Location: Fort Myers, FL

Job Responsibilities:

• Accurately and efficiently input, verify, and validate data into various computer systems and databases.
• Maintain and organize both digital and physical filing systems.
• Update, manage, and remove outdated data to ensure information integrity.
• Generate reports and retrieve data as requested by management.
• Scan, upload, categorize, and index documents systematically.
• Address data-related inquiries from colleagues and clients promptly and professionally.
• Ensure the confidentiality of all sensitive information.
• Proactively identify and report any data inconsistencies or errors.

Skills Required:

• Proficiency in data entry software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Exceptional typing speed and accuracy (minimum 50 WPM with 98% accuracy).
• High level of attention to detail and ability to maintain focus for extended periods.
• Basic problem-solving skills to troubleshoot minor data-related issues.
