Our client, a leader in the consulting industry, is seeking a Data Entry Mail Clerk to join their team. As a Data Entry Mail Clerk, you will be part of the operations team supporting the incoming Mail department. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, reliability, and strong organizational skills which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Data Entry Mail Clerk
Location: El Segundo, CA
Pay Range: $23 per hour
Shift: Monday through Friday 9:00am to 5:30pm
What's the Job?
Manage and process incoming mail efficiently and accurately
Assist with sorting and distributing mail within the organization
Maintain accurate records of mail transactions
Support the operations team with various administrative tasks
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to mail handling
What's Needed?
No prior experience required; training will be provided
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Reliable and punctual with a professional attitude
Basic computer skills and familiarity with data entry tasks
