• Accurately enter and process customer orders in our ERP system
• Communicate with existing customers via phone and email (no cold calls!)
• Look up parts and inventory details with precision
• Resolve customer claims with empathy and efficiency
• Keep customer records up to date and error-free
• ⏱ Ensure orders are completed correctly and on time
• Work closely with internal teams to make the customer experience even better
