Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately process a minimum of 10 forms per day, increasing output as proficiency grows.
- Navigate and enter information across multiple systems efficiently.
- Maintain high standards of quality while meeting productivity goals.
- Participate in 8 weeks of onsite training (starting Sept 15) with mandatory attendance.
- Maintain strict adherence to attendance policies during training and the holiday season.
- Collaborate effectively in a production-driven environment.
- Demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in: Data entry or Customer service or Data processing or Healthcare operations.
- Proficiency in basic computer functions, including email, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong multitasking skills and ability to work across several systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Focus on both quality and quantity of work.
- Strong cultural and team fit.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of HIP nd PHI standards.
- Experience in a production-driven or metric-based work environment. Prior experience with customer service or claims processing
