Data Entry Inventory Taker - Automation Personnel Services : Job Details

Job DescriptionData Entry Inventory Taker Automation Personnel Services is looking for a Data Entry Inventory Taker for a company based in Tampa, FL. In this role, you will have the opportunity to advance your career while being a key part of a dynamic team in a fast-growing distribution company of lumber and building products. Pay Rate $16.00 - $18.00 per hour Schedule and Hours Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 4:30 pm. Must be flexible with schedule and able to work one Saturday per month. Data Entry Inventory Taker Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform regular inventory counts and stock assessments.
• Enter inventory data and ensure accuracy in our system.
• Track inventory levels and report discrepancies.
• Assist in organizing and maintaining stock in the warehouse.
• Update and manage product records, ensuring all information is correct.
• Help with organizing product shipments and deliveries as needed.

Data Entry Inventory Taker Qualifications and Requirements

• Previous experience in data entry or inventory management
• Previous experience working with construction and building materials is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills and proficiency with data entry software.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to lift and move materials as needed (up to 50 lbs).
