Purpose The primary role of the Data Entry / Indexing Clerk at VRC Companies, LLC ( Company ) is to assist in the preparation and scanning of documents for imaging. Imaged documents are then indexed for electronic routing into the Company's workflows. This position is task-oriented and requires particular attention to detail. Responsibilities:
- Sorting and indexing documents
- Indexing imaged documents
- Other administrative support as assigned.

Project Timeline This is a temporary Project with a set timeline of completion between July and September of 2025. Additional work may flow in but this is a planned temporary project/position. Requirements Minimum Requirements:
- Computer literate
- Detail-oriented and reliable
- Ability to excel in a high-volume environment.
- Light to moderate lifting is required. Must be able to lift 25lb box from staging location to a desk and back.
- Ability to type 35-40 WPM and 10-Key by touch.
