Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team in a remote position based out of Jacksonville. This work-from-home opportunity allows you to contribute to our organization's data management needs while working remotely.
- Input data into company databases and systems with high accuracy and efficiency
- Verify and validate data to maintain data integrity
- Process and organize physical and digital documents
- Update and maintain data records
- Review data for errors or inaccuracies
- Sort and organize input data
- Scan documents and enter information into designated databases
- Perform regular data backups to ensure data preservation
- Generate and prepare routine reports
- Respond to data-related queries from team members
Qualifications: Qualifications
- Proven typing speed of at least 50-60 words per minute
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 0-2 years of experience in data entry or similar role
- Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace for remote work
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Basic troubleshooting skills for common computer issues
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
