Data Entry Clerk
We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team on a long-term contract basis. Responsibilities:
- Accurately input and update data across various systems with minimal supervision.
- Perform quality assurance checks to ensure the accuracy and reliability of all entered information.
- Collaborate with merchant services teams to transfer data efficiently and securely.
- Utilize Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, and other relevant software tools to complete assigned tasks.
- Maintain organized and detailed records for easy access and reference.
- Ensure timely completion of data entry tasks to meet deadlines and business needs.
- Participate in team meetings to provide updates and address any data entry challenges.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures while handling sensitive information.
- Support internal system operations by managing data-related tasks effectively.
- Troubleshoot minor technical issues related to data entry tools and escalate when necessary.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Finance or a related field.
- Proven experience in data entry, showcasing accuracy and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively.
- Familiarity with technology and ability to quickly adapt to new software tools.
