We are looking for a meticulous Data Entry Clerk to join our team on a contract basis in Bronx, New York. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the accuracy and organization of payroll and financial information during an audit process. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and attention to detail are essential for success. Responsibilities include: input payroll data from various sources into Excel spreadsheets with precision, organize and translate financial information into clear and structured formats, conduct detailed reviews of documents to ensure completeness and accuracy, perform data analysis to identify discrepancies and ensure data integrity, collaborate with team members to meet audit deadlines and maintain workflow efficiency, utilize advanced Excel functions to streamline data entry and management processes, ensure strict adherence to confidentiality and data security protocols, generate reports and summaries based on entered data for audit purposes, and address any inconsistencies or errors in the data promptly and effectively.

Requirements: minimum of 1 year of experience in data entry or related roles, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and formulas, strong analytical skills with the ability to work accurately with numerical data, exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities, familiarity with payroll systems and financial data is preferred, ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines, excellent communication skills to coordinate with team members, and commitment to maintaining confidentiality and data security.
