Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to provide administrative support, including data entry, filing, and coordinating between departments. The ideal candidate will have experience in Microsoft Office, office equipment, and possess strong communication and organizational skills. Experience in logistics, warehousing, or construction is a plus, along with the ability to handle sensitive information and meet tight deadlines. Job Description
  • Data entry, copying, filing, using MS office Software (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.),
  • Will drive a company truck some days to the other yards listed.
  • Operating office equipment
  • Coordinating between departments and operating units in resolving day-to-day administrative and operational problems
Skills Required
  • Self-starter with a strong work ethic, positive attitude and a team player mentality.
  • Experience in warehousing, inventory, logistics, construction or some combination of.
  • Professional Communication with co-works, department and visitors
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Working knowledge of office equipment, printers, fax machines
  • Must be a positive, pro-active, strong team participant that quickly builds relationships.
  • Demonstrate strict confidentiality and sensitivity when handling critical information shared with management
  • Experience planning meetings in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to meet deadlines, sometimes at short notice, and be able to work overtime as required.
Education/Training/Certifications
  • High school diploma and at least two (2) + years of related
