Data Entry Clerk - Ectohr : Job Details

Infusion Health is a home-infusion specialty pharmacy, also offering a relaxing private suite ambulatory infusion center at our beautiful Ypsilanti location. We also care for patients in their homes across Michigan, with compassionate nurses and experienced infusion therapy pharmacists. Job Title: Data Entry Clerk Job Summary: The Data Entry Clerk is responsible for providing support across the finance department, including but not limited to data entry, filing, making phone calls, and various duties delegated by the Controller. The Data Entry Clerk performs a variety of duties such as:

• Interact with people over the phone in a professional and courteous manner
• Assist with quality improvement initiatives and projects
• Conduct chart audits to ensure documentation accuracy and regulatory compliance
• Entry of invoices, and other financial data in Quickbooks and Care Tend EMR
• Print finance-related reports as requested from Controller
• Support inventory review at different time points throughout the year.
• Provide general administrative support to the Controller
• All other duties as assigned

Preferred Experience, Skills and Abilities for the Pharmacy Technician Position:

• High School Diploma or GED
• High attention to detail, ability to handle all situations professionally, and demonstrate
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Basic understanding of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• Interest in healthcare operations or infusion services is a plus

Classification & Compensation:

• The position is part-time, and non-exempt and the pay range varies, depending on experience, skills, abilities, and length of service with the Company
