Job Description Temp-to-Hire Opportunity: Data Entry / Billing Associate - Payroll TeamLocation: Fairfield, NJ (Onsite) Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Compensation: $25-$28/hour | Up to $60K upon conversion Ultimate Staffing is assisting our client in Fairfield, NJ with a temp-to-hire search for a Data Entry / Billing Associate to join their Payroll Team. • Enter and process payroll data with accuracy and speed
• Extract and input employee hours into client payroll systems
• Run and review payroll reports for accuracy
• Make adjustments in client portals as needed
• Handle client inquiries via phone or email in a professional and timely manner

Qualifications:

• Prior data entry, billing, or payroll experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Customer service mindset with strong communication skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Proficient with computers and data systems
