Detailed Job description: Title: Data Entry Specialist Location: Fort Wayne IN Duration: 6 Months Pay $20/HR on W2 Description: - Enter all new sales orders. - Make all needed changes to existing sales orders, this includes changing the plant/item cat on an order if expedited shipment is needed. - Review automated sales orders for accuracy. - Compare new orders to forecast loaded in system to determine order confirmation date. - Send order confirmation to CSR. - Review and fix price discrepancies on customer PO with account manager. - Process contract manufacturing shipments and send documents to CSR and forwarder. - Manage open SO report to maintain accuracy. - Enter and process consignment orders. - Create / change CMIR (customer material info record). - Create / change purchase info record and source list. - ECN approvals. - Clean up invalid purchase requisitions creating demand in different factories.
