About the Role As a Data & ML Evaluation Engineer, you'll design and own the systems that power model evaluation, data quality, and performance improvement. Your work will directly enable intelligent agents to handle increasingly complex workflows with accuracy and reliability. You'll work across research, engineering, and operations to:

• Develop evaluation pipelines that measure and improve agent performance.
• Lead data labeling strategies, synthetic data generation, and experiment design.
• Build automated systems that adapt and scale with growing product complexity.

This is an opportunity to shape the foundational infrastructure for a fast-scaling AI company from the inside. What You'll Do

• Own platform-wide data and evaluation systems.
• Manipulate datasets and run experiments to validate and improve models.
• Oversee labeling workflows and synthetic data creation.
• Partner with research to define and track performance metrics.
• Collaborate with engineering to deploy automated evaluation pipelines.

What Were Looking For

• 3-7 years working with data-heavy workflows, experiment design, or ML infrastructure.
• Strong skills in Python and data manipulation (SQL/Postgres).
• Ability to think in systems and own projects end-to-end.
• Comfort working in a high-intensity, on-site environment.
• Exceptional communication across technical and non-technical teams.
• ML experience is a plus; product management background is welcome but not required.

Bonus Points

• Experience with synthetic data or simulations.
• Prior work in enterprise or financial systems.
• History of shipping production systems in a fast-growth startup.
