Responsibilities: Design and implement scalable data architectures, pipelines, and models to support business needs. Collaborate with stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical data solutions. Ensure data quality, security, and compliance with relevant regulations and standards. Monitor and maintain the existing data infrastructure, identifying opportunities for improvement. Optimize the performance of data systems, ensuring efficiency and reliability. Research and recommend emerging technologies to enhance data processes and solutions. Provide mentorship to team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment. Support business intelligence and analytics by designing solutions that enable effective data usage. Requirements Proficiency in Python for data manipulation and processing. Experience working with Azure SQL Database to manage and query data. Familiarity with Microsoft 365 Enterprise tools for collaboration and productivity. Hands-on experience with Databricks for data engineering and analytics. Strong understanding of data architecture principles and best practices. Ability to ensure data security, quality, and compliance with regulations. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
