STRABAG is looking for a Data Consultant to support digital transformation and data-driven decision-making in Bucharest.

• Collaborate with business units to understand data requirements and objectives.
• Design and implement efficient and scalable data structures.
• Evaluate and optimize data workflows for improved efficiency and accuracy.
• Implement data quality and security measures to ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Provide expertise on data-related technologies and best practices.
• Collaborate with IT and business teams to integrate data solutions into existing systems.
• Conduct training sessions to enhance data literacy across the organization.
• Participate in the group's digitalization initiatives.
• Participate in the automation and optimization of the group's processes.
• Consult with citizen developers of the subdivisions and provide professional help to them.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Proven experience in data management, data governance, or a related role.
• Strong knowledge of database management systems (SQL, NoSQL, etc.).
• Experience with data integration, ETL processes, and data warehousing solutions.
• Proficiency in data visualization and analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
• Familiarity with cloud-based data solutions (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud).
• Understanding of data security, compliance, and privacy regulations (GDPR, HIPAA, etc.).
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with business and technical teams.
• Ability to train and guide non-technical users in data-related processes.
• Experience with digitalization, automation, and process optimization initiatives is a plus.
