Data Collection Associate - DaVita : Job Details

*Description*

Overview: We are seeking detail-oriented and self-motivated individuals to support a high-impact initiative aimed at building comprehensive tenancy dataknown as stacking plansfor key commercial real estate markets. This project plays a critical role in enhancing the accuracy and completeness of tenant occupancy data across buildings.

Responsibilities: - Independently manage and update stacking plans that reflect tenant occupancy by floor and space. - Collaborate with research teams and leverage a proprietary database to validate and resolve discrepancies in occupancy data. - Gather tenant information from internal sales teams and external sources such as Excel files, brochures, and field visits. - Exercise sound judgment to determine the most reliable data sources when conflicting information arises. - Participate in onboarding and training to become proficient in the proprietary system. - Escalate complex issues to senior researchers when necessary.

Qualifications: - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail. - Comfortable working with new databases and independently navigating unfamiliar systems. - Demonstrated ability to make decisions and troubleshoot data inconsistencies. - Experience with CoStar or similar commercial real estate platforms is a plus. - Self-starter with initiative, resourcefulness, and the ability to work with minimal supervision.

*Pay and Benefits*

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $22.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
