• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial, Materials or other relevant engineering field or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience in Quality, Manufacturing, or Product Engineering of cloud hardware technology or electronic hardware systems.
• Experience with advanced statistical methodologies (e.g., DOE, SPC, Six Sigma, FMEA, ANOVA, MSA, Fishbone).
• Data analysis and visualization skills using SQL, JMP, R, Matlab, Tableau, Power BI, or Python+.

• Master's degree or PhD in relevant engineering fields.
• Certification in CRE/CQE or similar.
• Experience in manufacturing assembly processes, product launches, and process optimization.
• Leadership experience in cross-functional engineering teams.
• Technical leadership, project management, and communication skills.
• Ability to travel up to 20% as needed.
