Are you an experienced Project Manager looking to lead high-impact electrical projects in the mission-critical space? We're working with a leading electrical contractor specializing in large-scale data center builds across the U.S. They are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee planning, execution, and delivery of complex electrical scopes within fast-paced, high-stakes environments.

The Role:

As a Project Manager, you'll be the driving force behind the success of your assigned projects—from pre-construction to close-out. You'll oversee job setup, budget tracking, subcontractor and material procurement, scheduling, and field coordination. You'll partner with superintendents, VDC teams, and internal leadership to deliver results on time, on budget, and to the highest standards of safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all phases of electrical project delivery, including budget, schedule, and performance
• Lead pre-construction efforts: job setup, procurement, contracts, submittals, and planning
• Coordinate closely with field leadership and VDC/BIM teams to ensure constructability and quality
• Manage subcontractor performance, logistics, and billing in alignment with project goals
• Drive material management, jobsite logistics, and pre-fabrication strategy
• Monitor cost tracking, change orders, and monthly progress reporting
• Champion safety and quality programs in collaboration with superintendents and internal HSE teams
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and partners throughout project lifecycle

What You Bring:

• 5–10 years of experience in Electrical Project Management, preferably within mission-critical/data center environments
• Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Strong understanding of electrical systems, preconstruction processes, and subcontractor coordination
• Proven ability to manage budgets, procurement, scheduling, and reporting
• Experience with construction software (e.g., Spectrum, Bluebeam, Revit, estimating tools)
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• A proactive, solutions-driven mindset and a passion for building great teams and projects
